My first new work for 2011 is tiny handmade wire bird’s nests. Each nest is about 4 cms.
I have a collection of real bird’s nests which was my inspiration. I have twisted tiny pieces of grapevine tendril in amongst the wire to add an extra dimension.
I am working on other bird related ideas which I will show you soon.
